HI IM NEW FROM THE UK SOUTH EAST.
HI EVERYONE
I RECENTLY WENT TO THE DOCTOR AS IM A SINGLE PARENT TO TWO GIRLS 3 AND 9 TO DIFFERENT DADS AND NO FRIENDS JUST MUM,DAD,SISTER AND MY KIDS SAID RECENTLY MUMMY WHY DONT YOU HAVE KNEES ANYMORE:-( SO THAT WAS ENOUGH FOR ME TO LOSE WEIGHT.THE DOCTOR SAID TO USE THESE DIET CAPSELS THREE TIMES A DAY, AND COME BACK IN A MONTH.
I WAS HORRIFIED TO FIND OUT I WEIGHED 19.2 WHEN IM ONLY 5FT 2 INCHES, SHOCK HORROR!!
I STARTED THE CAPSELS BUT I HAVE TO OPEN THEM AS I CANT TAKE CAPSELS OR TABLETS,AS IM SICK. BUT THERE NOT DOING ANYTHING AS THERE SUPOSE TO TAKE 5% OF FAT AWAY AS YOU EAT BUT I DONT EAT ENOUGH FAT FOR THAT TO WORK OR HELP:(
SO I DECIDED TO WATCH WHAT I EAT AND I BROUGHT THE WII FIT PLUS AND IVE GOT HOOKED ON THE FREE STEP,
I FIND IT EASY TO LISTEN TO MY MUSIC AND IMAGINE MYSELF HOW I WANT PEOPLE TO SEE ME SLIM AND THIN AS WELL AS IMAGING MY SELF AS I AM FAT THIS GIVES ME THE MOTAVATION TO REALLY WORK HARD.
SO AT THE MOMENT I DO 2 LOTS OF 30 MINS FREE STEP WITH SOME TINS OUT THE CUPBOARD FOR ARM CURLS TO HELP FLABBY BIT.
THE ONLY THING I DONT GET IS I LOST 569 KCALS AND DIDN'T LOOSE ANY WEIGHT SO FEEL VERY DISHEARTENED
