Hi Fellow Wii Fitters

Hi everyone, I'm Kelly from North Dakota. I've had the Wii Fit since it was released but have not been as committed as needed. My goal with the Wii Fit is to start a more active lifestyle. After working in retail for years I started at a job where I sit all day and have slowly seen all of my clothes stop fitting. My ultimate goal with Wii Fit is to simply get all of my clothes to fit again!

Yup, clothes feeling looser is the best feeling! WiiFit is great but even using some of the other Wii games can give you a great workout too if you aren't feeling too motivated to use Wii Fit! My favorite two games so far are Helix and Samba De Amigo. Both are great cardio workouts. Helix is a WiiWare game that you download and it's only $10.
