resting heart rate – 78 bpm
elevated heart rate – 174 bpm
squats – 44
push-ups – 14
crunches – 24

Wii Fit Stats for Saturday 05/23/2009:
Weight: 116.6
BMI: 19.91

Food Stats for the Week:
Calories: average 1559, high 1697, low 1462
Fat: average 35.7g, high 46.9g, low 30.7g
Sodium: average 2250.0mg, high 2496.0mg, low 1961.6mg

I'm starting to wonder if I really am losing weight. I've been consistently been going down a little bit over the last couple of months. It's also seemed like some of my clothes were looser too, but I thought it was possible that either the clothes were stretching out or it was my imagination. Now I'm not so sure.

I managed to talk myself out of training at the end of this week. I did have some excuse but I really could have if I wanted to. I must admit it was nice to take a mini-vacation from working out but I did feel a bit guilty. I really see progress though so I think I'm motivated enough to keep going. I probably just needed a break for a little bit.

Since I had trouble motivating myself to exercise last week, I decided that I would set up my schedule in My Fitness Coach to only 4 days instead of 5 for a while. We'll see how that goes. I'm thinking that when I'm ready to do 5 days again I might not do MFC but maybe Wii Fit or might see about getting some of the other exercise programs like Gold's Gym or EA Sports Active just to change it up a little bit.

It looks like my weight has pretty much been around 116 and 115 for about a month now so it seems fairly stable at this point.
