At one point he mentions the move "lying on the floor motionless" as his favorite. It's the corpse yoga move, which is usually at the end of a yoga session. Yes, you basically lay on the floor motionless. It's one of my favorites too!

They need a wrist strap for the PS3 too! My daughter was playing High Velocity Bowling on the PS3 and flung the controller into our tv at High Velocity!! Luckily it didn't break our tv like what happened to that poor guy! The next time she played that game I wrapped a big rubber band around her hand and the controller!

I saw it too. I wasn't sure if it was appropriate enough to post. Still, very funny though.

I've found some other, how should I say, rather interesting and funny exercise videos that I've chosen not to link to based on the content. Nothing one wouldn't see on network tv, but you know what I mean. I just didn't want to push the limit. I barely know you folks! ( even the horse riding machine video I was questioning adding)

LMAO! I hadn't seen that - what a riot!

Those were pretty funny Fitmonkey! That sort of thing doesn't bother me but good to have a warning like you did in case some are sensitive to that sort of humor. I thought that butt one was just too weird! And that horse riding machine is sold on Amazon with their and has videos too so if it's safe for Amazon it should be safe here too!
