Wii Fit Island Run

Okay, so in Wii Fit I have the options to do the short run or the long run. Today there is a new option for an Island Run. What exactly is the Island Run and how long is it in comparison to the other two?

I've only been doing the short run so far and that's plenty for me so far. I'm not sure if I want to attempt the Island Run yet if it's going to be longer than the long run (which I haven't done yet).

If I recall, the whole island run was significantly longer than the long run...about 20 minutes. And, unlike the long run, it was boring with no dogs to chase to enjoy different runs. I always preferred two or three long runs to the whole island run personally. I loved the long run.

It sounds like if I get use to the short run and want to try something different I should do the long run over the island run. Maybe later I'll try the whole island run just for variety.
